Is it just me or is there a declining trend in the value of the dollar? I do not keep up with keeping myself informed of every political aspect of our country but damn is there something WRONG HERE??? I am not really political myself, I have the belief that it doesn’t matter really who is in office because there are too many idiot advisors that tell the president what to do anyway. Here is what I would like to see this country do IMHO.
1. Get rid of lawyers.
2. Make a law to protect those from self infliction.
3. No more lawsuits for millions, which is destroying this country from the
inside out because those people want a free ride.
Here is something that I do NOT agree with in this country and an actual factual example.
If you are walking through a property, and you step into a hole, hurt yourself, incur $1,000′s in hospital bills. And you are going to win a lawsuit because you got hurt.
All I can say to that is, that is complete bullshit and it makes me sick, just like the lady who sued McDonalds for the hot coffee.
If you are not smart enough to know that hot coffee is HOT, and you cant walk and chew gum at the same time without avoiding a hole, then you are a MORON!!!. You do NOT deserve millions in a lawsuit because you are an IDIOT!!.
My friend got sued because his son had a friend over. My friend told them to NOT play with the basketball goal until it was fixed. After being told “no” they did it anyway and his boy’s friend got hurt, broke a tooth and hurt his hand or something because the goal came down and on the way down he was entangled in the net. Yes my friends insurance paid for it, but it was still complete BULLSHIT. This country sucks so bad with law suits that I think my friend should have “counter sued” the parents (who got $$ form the lawsuit) for creating such an offspring that caused him to “lose” his homeowners insurance because he was sued by THEM, for damages caused by their own son being a RETARD!
Myself I would have tried to counter sue for the exact $ that they had won with their lawsuit. Obviously it had to do with bad parenting that caused this child to NOT listen to the adult in charge and hurt HIMSELF anyway. Self inflicted injury should not be suable, also hospitals should not be sued either, actually there should be NO more lawsuits anyway. If you break the law you go to jail plain and simple you murder someone you go to prison death sentence whatever, its done. No one needs to sue anyone else for anything, no lawsuits against the gun manufacturer, its NOT their fault.
People forgot sometime that “LIFE” is a risk, that is ALL LIFE, and I really don’t remember anyone promising any security with LIFE. If they did please forward that to me.
I have a view of things like this.. A drunk driver kills children, family members sue driver. This is the wrong part, what should happen is drunk driver goes to prison or death penalty which I like better but that is another blog to come. And there is no lawsuit for any money. No money should be awarded for what “LIFE” has to offer. After all it is “LIFE” to mostly blame isn’t it? The drunk driver didn’t have to be drunk, and the other family didn’t HAVE to be driving at the same exact time as he was? What if the driver of the family was speeding most of his trip? What if they were driving too slow? What if there was a 30 delay from their driving times? The accident probably wouldn’t have happened then.
With that having being said, people die, moms die, dads die, kids die, everyone dies, at any given moment. Every time you wakeup you should assume some risk that this could be your last day alive or the last time with a loved one, and treasure every moment. Because whoever thinks they live in a world without daily death is living a fantasy.
